1.) FINE ART TEACHER

8.) SHIFT NURSE

Location: Bonny
The Job

The appointee will be required to assist the Charge Nurse in ensuring that patients receive nursing care in line with current best practices.
The Duties

The duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Render professional nursing care to patients through current nursing procedures, processes and practice.
Ensure patients are observed, monitored for their comfort and wellbeing and that they get their prescribed drugs and medications at appropriate times.
Assists the Charge Nurse in collecting data/statistics and communicate same to the Hospital Administrator as well as deputize for the Charge Nurse in her absence.
Maintain accurate records of drugs including dangerous drugs including DDAs use in the Hospital and counsel patients on admission and on discharge on the use and adherence to their prescribed drugs.
Be alert for emergency calls and initiate response by contacting all parties responsible for tier two Medical Emergency Response and initiate life saving resuscitation before the arrival of the duty doctor.
Supervise all domestic staff to ensure scrupulous housekeeping and ensure the proper segregation of wastes at source in the clinical areas.

The Person:

The right candidate should:

Possess either RN, RM, RPeadN, RPOpN, RA or EN.
Possess at least 5 years post-qualification work experience performing similar function.
Be computer literate.
Maintain high professional standards, discipline and communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external parties.
Be a good team player, with ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Possess good command of spoken and written English language with excellent interpersonal skills.

9.) VENDOR ASSESSOR

Location: Bonny / Port Harcourt
The Job

The appointee will be required to facilitate the delivery of vendor management services by the provision of a pool of competent vendors that meet company’s Health Safety and Environment (HSE), production and business objectives.
The Duties:

The duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Develop technical evaluation data/requirements and participate in prequalification visits for vendors to ensure competent vendors are enlisted in line with relevant company policies and procedures.
Prepare vendor prequalification inspection reports for submission to the Vendor Evaluation Team (VET) and VAC (Vendor Approval Committee) to enable effective decision towards vendor approval for business relations with NLNG.
Contact other Vendor employing organizations, referees for the purpose of benchmarking and comparison of data to facilitate thorough assessment of proposed vendors.
Maintain and update the relevant database to capture and link all documentations with respect to vendor inspection visit reports, references, financial scrutiny etc., and create hyperlinks to the Approved Vendor Register for easy access to aid decision making.
Facilitate the design of Forms for the inspection reports, including the report questionnaires, tailored towards specific business needs.
Coordinate all Vendor Evaluation Team activities; convene meetings, generate and collate agenda items and submissions, prepare minutes and follow up actions to ensure adequate coverage and execution of all agreed items to support company business continuity through a robust vendor base.
Evaluate vendor performance and report findings to ensure optimal vendor performance service to preempt issues that might hamper delivery of goods and services.
Review vendor performance and non conformance logs and advise remedial action to ensure that only competent vendors are enlisted for Company business.

The Person:

The right candidate should:

Possess a Minimum of Bachelors degree (2nd Class Upper Division) in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Engineering
Membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supplies Management (CIPS) will be an added advantage
Have a minimum of 5 years post NYSC experience, 3 years of which must have been spent in a contracting or procurement position in a reputable company.
Good knowledge of material logistics, vendor management, fraud investigation and risk management
Possess good Communications, Supervisory and Relationship management skills

10.) LOCAL CONTENT ANALYST

Location: Bonny
The Job

The appointee will review and evaluate Nigerian content in procurement and contracting activities and contractor capacity and capability to support Company’s execution of its Nigerian Content Plan and strategies for the maximum utilization of Nigerian manufacturers, vendors, services providers and contractors within Company and thereby assure compliance with regulation and protect our license to operate.
The Duties:

The duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Interface with regulatory bodies to obtain approval for contracting/procurement activities
Assess Nigerian Content compliance in contracting and procurement activities, produce assessment reports and highlight exceptions
Coordinate the review of Nigerian Content plans, reports and procurement/contract activities requiring regulatory approval to ensure compliance with legislation and company Nigerian content development policy.
Prepare Nigerian content performance reports and transmit to appropriate authority for internal operations and regulatory compliance.
Collate and analyse contracts, procurement and logistics business statistics to measure performance.
Follow emerging statutory requirements on local content and map compliance strategies

The Person:

11.) SENIOR MARINE SUPERVISOR

Location: Bonny
The Job

The candidate will be required to ensure safe ship/shore operations and cargo transfer at tanker and MOF jetties, coordinate agency and government port services, and maintain ship scheduling coordination with Production, Shipping and Marketing.
The duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Undertake pre-arrival checks for vessels calling at Bonny terminals – communicate documents, target plans, mooring plans, tug handling, and contact pilots
Conduct pre-operations toolbox meetings – advice pilots and tugs for safe operations. Supervise berth operations and ensure adequate controls for safe maneuvering, mooring, unmooring and safe access as well as review the performance of port, berth and cargo operations and make proposals for improvements
Conduct safety and operational checks – ship / shore checklist, pre-load meeting and routine 4 hourly verification checks for vessels in port.
Establish communications, agree on safe operational criteria's and contingency plans
Verify, monitor vessel ballast, quantity, sample collection, sight and comment on overboard discharge valves.
Liaise with agents and local authorities to ensure timely and effective coordination of vessel clearance formalities and requirement notifications for vessel port calls as well as attend periodic tests, surveys, transfers, etc…
Monitor terminal equipments – operation of capstans, Doppler's, weather parameters, ropes, gangway and recommend maintenance
Assist terminal and boat emergency exercises / emergency response actions and report / investigate technical non conformances / incidents
Administer and Monitor HSE compliance for all vessel and terminal operations and ensure they are conducted with HSE regulations
Attend ship / shore documentations prior to vessel sailing and monitor communication for safe channel transit until vessel clears Bonny Terminal, channel and approaches.

The Person:

The right candidate should:

Possess a minimum of Class 2 Certificate of Competency (Foreign Going) in Marine Navigation or a Bachelors degree in Marine Navigation obtained at a minimum of Second Class Upper Division.
Possess a minimum of 5 years experience in the Marine industry including service on Gas and or Oil tankers up to and including the rank of 2nd officer on Gas tankers for not less than 2 years or Chief Officer on Oil tankers for not less than 3 years.
Have shore experience in shipping or terminal operations as an added advantage
Possess good interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
Not be more than 40 years of age
