Job Summary
Maintain relationships with corporate customers in specific industry segments and leverage relationships to increase sales revenue and promote Etisalat Nigeria values

Principal Functions

    Keep abreast of global and local best practices as they relate to activities of the Corporate Sector team
    Monitor and analyze key trends in the corporate sector and identify potential market opportunities
    Assist in the continuous review of the team's activities, make recommendations for improvement and implement approved initiatives to ensure enhanced performance
    Assist in identifying required resources, personnel and funding to achieve strategic objectives
    Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
    Leverage relationships within the industry to generate and expand business opportunities for Etisalat Nigeria
    Implement the Corporate Sector team's work programmes and plans in line with agreed upon procedures and guidelines
    Oversee all daily sales and service activities
    Develop commission and bonus models and present suggestions for attention of Head-Corporate Sales
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Etisalat Nigeria products and solutions and translate business-customer needs into new value propositions tailored to meet such specific needs
    Forward Sector-specific value propositions for review by the Head-Corporate Sales
    Propose/ initiate specific sales campaigns aligned with corporate standards and guidelines
    Plan and manage the human and material resources of the Corporate Sector team to optimize performance, boost morale and enhance productivity
    Provide leadership and guidance to team members and manage subordinates' performance towards achievement of overall team objectives
    Prepare/ compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Head-Corporate Sales
Educational Requirements

First degree or equivalent Postgraduate qualifications/ certifications will provide an advantage
Experience,Skills & Competencies

Between five (5) and eight (8) years' directly relevant post-NYSC work experience, preferably currently in a supervisory role within a telecoms sales environment
