Job Title: General Manager

Job Requirements
(1) He will manage all the outfits under the AOCOED Ventures; develop them into self sustaining and financially Independent establishments.
(2) He/she will be responsible to the Management of AOCOED for me day to day running of the Ventures.
(3) He/She will develop and implement customer relation strategies that will guarantee satisfaction. retention, build partnership and customer loyal!)!
(4) He/She will be responsible for the overall supervisory function of all activities for the ventures.
(5) He/She will also Lead direct and motivate staff.

Required Qualifications
Applicant is expected to have the following qualifications:
(1) A fir t Degree from a recognized University
(2) A higher qualification such as Master’s Degree in Business Administration is required.
(3) A minimum of 10 years work experience with proven track record of performance in a similar n position.
(4) Most be proficient in 10:
(5) Must be a member of the CIS, ICAN ClBN, NIM and other relevant professional bodies.
