Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
The successful Customer Care Executive will have responsibility for:
- Providing excellent customer services to all the customers
- Answering all inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Responding promptly to Help Desk Inbox emails in a timely fashion and to provide accurate solutions for customers
- Responding promptly to social media enquiries
- Taking ownership, handling and resolving customer complaint’s
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, comments and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
- Communicating ideas and helping find solutions for departmental issues
- Managing administration duties
Skills & Specifications:
- Degree in any discipline
- Proficiency In Word & Excel
- Typing Speed: 30w/m
- Spelling Aptitude
- Preferred: Hausa Speaking
