Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) is recruiting qualified and competent individuals to apply and fill the vacant positions below.

(1) Manager Network HMO1

Job Responsibilities
(a) Coordinating activities of the HMO’s network in all the regions.
(b) Recruiting, accrediting and re-accrediting new providers.
(c) Monitoring providers to ensure quality delivery of services.
(d) Supervising and coordinating the activities of care coordinate.

Required Qualification
(a) MBBS with a minimum of five years post qualification experience, three of which should be with an HMO.
(b) MPH or MSC Public Health.

(2) Network Officer (HMO2)
(hmo2@boxandcedar.net)

Job Responsibilities
(a) Visiting healthcare providers.
(b) Collecting Data and information from hospitals
(c) Cross checking insurance policy type with medical care rendered.
(d) Giving health talks.

Required Qualifications
(a) MBBS with a minimum of three years post qualification experience one of which should be with HMO.
(b) MPH or MSC Public Health will be an advantage.

(3) Quality Assurance Officer (HMO3)

Job Responsibilities
(a) Ensuring best practice is adhered to in the quality of care given by providers.
(b) Verifying medical bills for both third party and HMO patients.
(c) Inspecting primary and secondary providers in line with set guidelines.
(d) Continuously educating providers.
(e) Developing new quality assurance measures.
(f) Supporting the customer care team.

Required Qualifications
(a) MBBS with five years’ post-qualification experience in General Medicine, one of which should be in an HMO.
(b) MPH or CQAM is an advantage.

(4) Care Coordinators / Claims Officers (HMO4)

Job Responsibilities
(a) Collecting data and retrieving information from healthcare providers.
(b) Crosschecking admissions and insurance policy types against given care.
(c) Giving health talks.
(d) Trouble shooting and ensuring quality on the network is up held.
(e) Liaising with providers on all fronts.

Required Qualifications
RN, RM, with three years post qualification experience of which at least one year should be with an HMO.

(5) Marketing Officers (HMO5)

Job Responsibilities
(a) Marketing products and services.
(b) Assisting in product development.

Required Qualifications
(a) BSC/BA with a minimum of four years experience in marketing of health insurance products.

General Skills and Requirements:

(a) Computer literacy interpersonal skills.
(b) Presentation Skills.
(c) Drivers license.
(d) Ability license.
(e) Ability to work under pressure.
(f) Out of box thinking.
