Responsibilities
Prospect, establish and maintain a very broad base of active customers.
Achieve highly ambitious sales target within budget.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with the customers to enhance customer satisfaction,
Conduct surveys, gather and report market & competitive intelligence to assist in Managements decision making,
Design and implement compelling sales/marketing competitive.
Qualifications/Requirements
BSc degree or HND in any discipline.
Must have at least 3year experience in Field Sales Management in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment and Specifically foods.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with excellent Interpersonal negotiation skills.
Good Computer skills- Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point.
Good planning initiative, reliability and ability to organize and lead a result oriented team.
Strong drive and well able to open and close sales with passion for customer satisfaction.
