• Minimum Qualifications: BSc in Civil Engineering with 5 years experience. MSc in Civil/Highway Engineering will be an added advantage. Candidates with lesser years of experience but with good knowledge of computer-aided design of pavements will be considered. Experience in the design of both flexible and rigid pavements; pavement condition assessments; and knowledge of pavement construction methods, materials and specifications will be a plus.
