The bank is now seeking for individuals, who are interested and driven enough to take up the exciting challenge of writing a new history for the financial industry in Nigeria, to fill the vacant position that exist in the Bank in the South East, South South and Lagos regions.

Job Title: Head Retail Banking

Level: Banking Officer-Assistant Manager
Job Location: Calabar, PHC 2, Port Harcourt, Uyo, Owerri

Job Objective:
The incumbent is responsible for driving the Retail Banking strategy of the bank towards acquiring and retaining customers.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for actively managing and growing a portfolio of retail accounts through client acquisition, cross-selling and referrals.
Collaborate with product partners and other stakeholders to ensure an effective and retail strategy is identified for the customer whilst minimizing all potential risks to the bank.
Strategically grow the retail business through product volume, new customer acquisition and increasing the number of products held per customer.
Develop and implement customer strategies in conjunction with product partners and relevant parties to identify the right product and service opportunities.
Effectively work with product partners and other business units to identify opportunities and execute solutions.
Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant experience from a bank
Minimum of First degree in any discipline. Additional qualification will be an added advantage
Ideal candidate for each role must possess strong business acumen and must be result oriented.
Very strong desire to make significant impact
