Required Skills	Follow up on all requests for quotation sent out to vendors, and interface with Department on the preparation of RFQs. Preparation of offshore work orders and securing necessary approvals. Interface with International Trade and Shipping/Logistics Units for data on contract proposal, negotiation and bid documentation. Supervise vendor equipment documentation (O & M manuals’ quality assurance data books etc) with Document Controllers. Carry out equipment warranty documentation for vendors.
Education and Qualifications	B.Sc/HND in Engineering or applied sciences Minimum of five years experience in procurement/logistics operation and contract management in an EPC organization.
